Which sales channels does ByFeed support?

Google Merchant Center, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Catalog, TikTok Shop, Pinterest Catalog, and custom CSV/JSON/XML/TSV exports.

Does ByFeed modify my Shopify products?

No. ByFeed only reads product data to build export files. We request the minimum scope: read_products.

How often can feeds sync?

Free plans support daily and weekly schedules. Paid plans unlock hourly sync and higher feed/product limits.

Can I map custom fields?

Yes. Each feed includes an attribute mapping step so you can align Shopify fields with channel requirements.
