Common questions
- Feed stuck processing? Generation runs in the background. Refresh the Feeds list in the app to see updated status.
- Need more feeds or products? Upgrade your plan from the Pricing page inside the app, or see plans on our homepage.
- Wrong fields in your export? Edit attribute mapping when creating or editing a feed, or use Advanced settings on an existing feed.
- Privacy or data deletion request? Email us with your shop domain. We also process Shopify mandatory compliance webhooks automatically.
